Dear CBCM Members,

May being the AAPI mental health awareness month, I want to share some resources on grief this week.

Grief is a universal response to loss. Contrary to many people’s perceptions of grief, working through grief is not meant to be done alone. We need a community of relationships to come alongside us and be our companions as we go through the grief journey. Knowing and experiencing we don’t have to face it alone lessens the dread and gives us the courage to embrace our grief.
